Meeting of German Partners with PTJ

The German partners of the TenSyGrid project convened in Hamburg on 14.03.2025, a kick-off with Projektträger Jülich (PtJ), the project management agency of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), Germany. Dr. Konstantinos Panagiotopoulos, the expert technical contact, and Ms. Saskia Friederichs Kešić, the administrative contact from PtJ, provided an overview of the essential commitments required from the BMWK funding recipients of TenSyGrid: Fraunhofer Institute of Wind Energy Systems IWES and Hamburg University of Applied Sciences HAW.

Dr. Sarah Kasura presented a comprehensive project overview to PtJ, followed by a presentation by Prof. Gerwald Lichtenberg on Multilinear Modelling and the tasks involved in Work Package (WP) 2 Multilinear System Identification, led by HAW. Mr. Christoph Kaufmann then discussed Fraunhofer IWES led WP 1 Hybrid Multilinear Modelling. As the project coordinator, Fraunhofer IWES is also responsible for WP 6, focusing on Reporting and the Clean Energy Transition Partnerships’ (CETP) Knowledge Community, as well as WP 7, which covers Project Management and Dissemination. Dr. Mini Bajaj outlined their objectives and provided updates on tasks within both of these work packages.
