TenSyGrid at Science in the City 2025 in Malta

Science in the City 2025, held in Valletta on 26–27 September, was a large science and arts festival themed “Past Forward,” featuring interactive installations, hands-on experiments, performances, and exhibitions that explored how past knowledge shapes future innovation. The event included pre-festival workshops, street activities around Triton Fountain, science-themed theatre and music, EU-funded research showcases, and contributions from the University of Malta’s research groups. Our project, TenSyGrid, was also showcased during the festival by the group of Prof. John Licari, giving visitors the opportunity to learn about its goals and innovations. With thousands of visitors, hundreds of volunteers, and an extensive community, the festival aimed to make science accessible, creative, and engaging for all ages.
